Data We Collect
- Last Login Time: Allows you to track the playtime on your account.
- Hardware ID (HWID): Provides us the ability to ensure that each software license is used in compliance with our terms of service.
- Most Recent IP Address: Allows the NexUp backend systems to trust your connections. Although we can't (and don't) do anything with your IP, if you wish to stay completely anonymous we recommend you use a VPN or a proxy. Any previous IP addresses aren't stored, only the most recent one.
Data Security
- Password Protection: Your password is securely salted and hashed, which means it is converted into an encrypted version that even we cannot decipher.
- No Personally identifiable Information Stored: We don't keep track of any personally identifiable information. This means in an unlikely scenario where a data breach were to occur, your information would not be compromised. No one will be able to find you or your in-game accounts.
