Refund Policy – Digital Products


1. Nature of the Product

All products sold on this website are digital software licenses delivered electronically.
Once a license key or software access is delivered, the product is considered a digital good.

By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital product that is delivered instantly after payment.


I expressly request immediate access to the digital product after purchase and acknowledge that by doing so I lose my 14‑day right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.


2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, by completing the purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:


• Duplicate payment or billing error.
• The product was not delivered due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.
• The license key provided is invalid or cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• A refund is required under applicable law.


Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with proof of payment and order details.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:


• The software or license key has already been activated or used.
• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• The customer purchased the wrong product or duration.
• The issue is caused by system incompatibility clearly stated in the product requirements.
• The account or license was suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service.


5.Digital Delivery

All products are delivered electronically. Access logs, activation records, and transaction details may be stored and used as proof of delivery and product usage in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.


6.Software Updates and Service Availability

Software products may receive updates, maintenance, or technical modifications from time to time. Temporary interruptions or changes in features related to updates do not automatically qualify for a refund.
